.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast...
At midnight, a 1035 mb high was 650 nautical miles west of Eureka,
CA and a 1007 mb low was over Las Vegas. Moderate onshore flow
will prevail today, strengthening for Saturday afternoon into
Sunday. Strong winds and choppy seas will likely generate
hazardous conditions for small craft during this time, especially
in the outer coastal waters. A coastal eddy will develop Friday
and become quite robust over the weekend in the mornings. Weaker
onshore flow develops Monday and beyond.
