.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...At 1 AM, a 1003
mb low was over eastern Inyo County and a 1020 mb high was over
Monterey Bay. Northwest winds will strengthen this morning and
peak late this afternoon through early Saturday, when stronger
winds and higher seas will generate hazardous boating conditions
today through early Saturday, especially beyond 15 nautical miles
offshore. Gale force winds are possible at times tonight near San
Clemente Island. Weaker onshore flow and an occasional eddy
circulation will follow for Saturday through Monday.
