.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast...
At 12 PM, a 1018 mb high was 300 nautical miles southwest of Cabo
San Lucas and a 1001 mb low covered central Utah. Onshore flow
will strengthen into Thursday, strongest Thursday afternoon and
evening. Winds will gust locally over 20 knots near San Clemente
Island during this time. Weak offshore flow develops early Friday
and will prevail during the nights and mornings and will alternate
with weak onshore flow during afternoons and evenings Friday
through Sunday.
