.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 1 PM, weak flow was observed over the coastal waters. Showers
and a few thunderstorms coastal waters this afternoon and evening,
most likely near shore. Any thunderstorm could produce gusty,
erratic winds and lightning. Weak onshore flow will prevail
through Thursday, with an occasional eddy circulation. The onshore
flow will strengthen Friday into the weekend.
